Warrenton Soccer Summer Camp 2005

 

June 27th to July 1st



 

    For Boys and Girls playing in division Under-5 to Under-12

 

 

The camp will focus on the fun part of soccer, at the same time as we teach players the basic soccer skills needed to provide a solid soccer foundation. Including basic foot skills, basic rules of the game, sportsmanship and team work.  

The camp will be held at Fauquier H.S.
Registration fee will be $65.00.

 

SPECIAL CAMP FEATURES

 

·                    Each daily U5/U6 and U8 session will be 1 hour, U10/U12 session will run for 1 1/2 hours, all session will have a maximum of 30 players per session.

·                    Under-5/6 program is designed for players, ages 4 to 6, with some soccer experience, looking for a fun and enjoyable way to improve their soccer skills, at the same time gain a better understanding of the game of soccer.

·                    Under-8 program is designed for players with at some experience in recreational soccer team. The clinic will emphasize team concept/effort, individual player skills while having fun playing soccer.  

·                     Under-10/12 program is designed for players with recreational soccer experience. The program is designed to improve on each individual player’s soccer skills, also teach players the rules of the game, playing as a team, while learning basic soccer team strategy.  

·                     Camp players will receive a $5.00 discount towards Warrenton Youth Soccer Club’s fall 2005 registration. To receive discount player needs to register  for WYSC’s fall season at the same time as the camp registration.   

·                     Discount may be combined with WYSC's fall season early registration discount of $5.00, for a total discount of $10.00 towards WYSC's fall 2005 session.

·                     WYSC’s early registration period starts May 21st and it is open until  June 4th.

 

  • Each program will have limited registration, so register early.

 

 

Each player will receive a camp t-shirt and black soccer shorts.

 

Camp instructor will be Raul Heras, founders of the Warrenton Youth Soccer Club. Raul has been running WYSC’s Under-5 program since it’s initiation, 5 years ago.

 

Raul holds a USSF national ‘D’ License, and has been coaching in the Fauquier region for over 9 years.
