Warrenton Soccer Summer Camp 2008

    For Boys and Girls playing in division
Under-5 to Under-14

 

 

The camp will focus on the fun part of soccer, at the same time as we teach players the basic soccer skills needed to provide a solid soccer foundation. Including basic foot skills, basic rules of the game, sportsmanship and team work.  

The camp will be held at Fauquier H.S.      Registration fee will be $70.00.

    SPECIAL CAMP FEATURES

     

    ·       Each clinic will consist of 5 daily session.

  • Clinics will be limited to a maximum of 30 players per session.
  • The U5/U6 camp will be 1 hour long.
  • The U8 camp will be 1 1/2 hours long.
  • The U10/U12 camp will run for 1 1/2 hours.

    ·                    Under-5/6 program is designed for players, ages 4 to 6, with some soccer experience, looking for a fun and enjoyable way to improve their soccer skills, at the same time gain a better understanding of the game of soccer.

    ·                    Under-8 program is designed for players with at some experience in recreational soccer team. The clinic will emphasize team concept/effort, individual player skills while having fun playing soccer.  

    ·                     Under-10/12 program is designed for players with recreational soccer experience. The program is designed to improve on each individual player’s soccer skills, also teach players the rules of the game, playing as a team, while learning basic soccer team strategy.  

     

    • Each program will have limited registration, so register early.

     

     

    Each player will receive a camp t-shirt and black soccer shorts.

     

    Camp instructor will be Raul Heras, founders of the Warrenton Youth Soccer Club. Raul has been running WYSC’s Under-5 program since it’s initiation, 6 years ago.

     

    Raul holds a USSF national ‘D’ License, and has been coaching in the Fauquier region for over 10 years.
